Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I will unlikely have time to finish your treatment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, this will be classed as a no-show therefore you will be charged the total price of the treatments.
Cancellations/Amendments made 48-24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost.
Cancellations/Amendments/Reschedules made less than 24 hours will be charged the total price of the original appointment.
